It has redundant ignition systems. On the right side of the engine is a twin-rotor distributor that fires half of the 24 spark plugs. On the left side of the engine are twin magnetos that fire the remaining 12 plugs.

Looks like a 12,
so figure out the firing order
and move from there. Once you have that figured out, it’s just a case of testing wire, plugs and compression.

I think the Seagraves vary - most I see pictures of are twin twelve-dizzy. That other setup is pretty wild, though.

Kind of a trick question, really. Any misfires with twin ignition would tend to indicate something seriously, seriously wrong (like a bad cap).
